1. Service Description

TV Maxie aggregates publicly available, free-to-air streaming links from third-party providers. We do not host, store or produce any video content. All streams are provided by external services including Pluto TV, Plex, Tubi, Roku and others.

2. Free to Use

TV Maxie is free to use. A voluntary Premium plan is available with additional features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Content

All content streamed through TV Maxie is provided by third-party services. TV Maxie is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or legality of any third-party content. If a stream becomes unavailable or violates copyright, it is the responsibility of the originating provider.

4. User-Imported Playlists

Users may import their own M3U playlists. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you import complies with applicable laws and terms of service. TV Maxie takes no responsibility for user-imported content.

5. Prohibited Use

• Using TV Maxie to stream unauthorized or pirated content
• Attempting to scrape, copy or redistribute our channel database
• Circumventing any geo-restrictions or access controls
• Using automated tools to access the service without permission

6. Availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Streams may go offline without notice as they depend on third-party providers. We are not liable for any downtime or content unavailability.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of TV Maxie constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Last updated: August 2026.
